Having practiced massage for 8 years, along with studying sports physiology, wholistic medicine, nutrition, and personal training for over 15 years. Culminating this knowledge into his practice, he uses a variety of techniques designed to help you recover from injury, relieve pain and tension, and promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Focusing on therapeutic massage, designed to address the root cause of your discomfort and help you achieve optimal wellness. Upon request you can schedule extra time or an assessment session to leave with a detailed guide of nutritional advice and/or a set of exercises, and stretches that will facilitate your self care routine.
